  1. Why the host is interfering like she has already made up her mind…then why did u bring a specialist

  2. If Pooia is really a Nutritionist, then I think she failed. She mis-represents Keto as being 5% Carbs, with fiber being inclusive….. wrong! We count carbs as Net Carbs = Total Carbs (g) – Fiber (g).

    Millions of people have tried it, and never heard of someone dying from it.
    There are always outliers, statistically speaking, and Mishti most likely had some form of existing liver/kidney issue.
    Type 1 Diabetics who try Keto diet are at risk of death also.
    Doing some basic research before jumping into something is how most people avoid deleting themselves from the gene pool.

  3. Indian meals are great, but I think we indians cook our vegetables so much that it kills most nutrients in them. Indian meal don't really focus on salads part, except for onions and cucumbers when we order biryani LOL. Indians should start adding a big bowl of raw vegetables for every meals.
