  1. I have the following symptoms. I have no circulatory disease. I had a recurrence of prostate cancer. I went on hormone repression. Within 6 months I am again in remission.

  2. Listened to Dr. Harper’s presentation. This is just my story and not proof—66 yo living keto for over 2 years. I caught COVID in June 2020. I felt like I was coming down with a bad sinus infection and finally went to the Dr. At about day 4, a few days of low grade temp-max 101. He put me on a Zpack which I took, after 24 hours of that I felt much better. I had myself tested on day 6 only because my daughter, a Dr., was cautious about missing work. Four days after the test I found out I was positive but felt pretty normal. Thankfully, that was the worst of it for me and I felt very blessed to have sailed through the illness. Sadly, another daughter at 34yo caught it and had a much more severe illness and several months later she is still having to take meds for fluid retention post heart inflammation. The good news is, other than that, she has resumed normal life.

  3. Thank you @Keto Chow for giving us access to the valuable life saving information for free. I watched the entire seminar this week and learned so much. I want to attend live next year

  4. this so great! thank you!! is Tyler Cartwright in any of these discussing his 1.5 yr stall? I believe Craig Emmerich mentioned in his presentation.

  5. Thank you for the free conference! These wonderful speakers help to keep me motivated. Lots of added stress in the last year led to increased grazing. Even healthy food adds pounds.

  6. Kim Howerson's presentation has been awesome. All presenters have been wonderful. I think we all need this great program to keep on track. Thanks to this positive couple for organising this wonderful group of presenters.

  7. 16:45 that is very interesting! One of my sons is Vitamin D deficient, very lean, and tested positive to Influenza A. We are a vigilant ketogenic diet family … he recovered within the week! He was prescribed and commenced antibiotics before the result was available (I know we’re not mice BUT this is interesting and I am thankful for pursuing education on metabolic health).
