  1. I'm confused how this is a fat bomb if there is no coconut oil type, butter or type of fat in it. Peanut butter and pecans are a protein. This is a keto dessert but I don't think it can be considered a fat bomb.

  2. Being on a pension I don't buy keto chipss. I combine 1 cup of nut butter 1cup butter, 1cup powder sweetner and 1 cup seeds and nuts to my liking. Nutri Bullet powders all dry substances.

  3. Those who want to lose fat should definitely try the Agoge diet plan. It's personalized and balanced. Keto on the other hand made me feel like shit.
