  1. CHOMPS sticks are at Walmart in the gluten free section of an aisle. It's in the spaghetti aisle in our store 😉

  2. Always great Thomas! I love a clean Anti- Inflammatory Keto post!! ++ We LOVE Chomps. The sea salt or Italian ones are good for autoimmune or low fodmap b/c less gut irritating ingredients👍

  3. I just made chicken wing dip yesterday and today had chicken wings. Idk if it’s the hot sauce or the chicken itself but my joints are hurting. Should I cut out chicken and switch to more beef steaks, ground beef and fish like pollock, cod and salmon? And cut the hot sauce out?

  4. Stay away from keto, that shit can kill you.. It's only meant to be done under doctor supervision. If you want something that works and isn't dangerous, I recommend the Agoge diet plan. worked great for me 🙂

  5. My persistent belly fat is so stubborn that I tried the keto diet, saw some results but felt terrible. The Agoge diet on the other hand I saw the same results but felt great.

  6. The main reason I started dieting was to get rid of cellulite, however keto made it unbearable… That's why I tried the Agoge diet and it worked great

  7. You need carbohydrates in your diet, the keto diet is not sustainable. That's why I tried the Agoge diet and it worked great for me.

  8. I tried all these diets and gave up on all except for one. Only the Agoge diet helped me get rid of that persistent belly fat.
