  1. I was very skinny and after changing my diet I finally started seeing results. I didn't know anything about training and diet, but my friend told me for the website called Agoge Diet and I just followed their diet and training plan. They have amazing tips 😉 check it out

  2. Honestly, I never had problems with my weight. I could eat whatever I wanted and still maintain normal weight, but a lot of junk food really affected my health. Diet plan from Agoge Diet contains delicious and nutritionally rich foods your body, brain and heart will love. It's definitely worth trying.

  3. 2 months ago, I was fat and had single. Now I have great body and a girlfriend. Coincidence? I wouldn't say. Trust me guys, all you need is training and diet plan. You can get both from Agoge Diet

  4. Y'all are weird in the comments, having a slim face is beautiful.

Sarah you do have a fatter face and you would look way prettier without it.
Have lower BF % and get a slimmer face.
Yes genetics make it that for some more fat is stored in the face, just like myself.
But even if I have a low fat % I do have a slim face as well.

Why would you just fill it up with all that fake ass stuff on the market?
Like forreal start appreciatie what you look like.

    Love yourself.

  5. if you lose weight healthily your shouldn’t have anything to worry about, right? and not going below the healthy BMI

  7. Dr. Tonks would you suggest Sculptra, filler or threads to help with jowls/neck sagging from aging and weight loss?

  8. When you have excess skin removed after weight loss, can you have some of the fat transferred to your face?

  9. Love the info, i have a question have you any experience using Emepelle for menopausal women as a cream to replace lost estrogen ?

  10. After losing a large amount of weight (80 lb+) would it be more beneficial to just have a face lift before getting any fillers? That's what I'm thinking of doing..
