  2. So rn its the 25/06/2021 and its currently winter? (i live in the southern hemisphere) Um so im in grade 7 (ik, ik young.) But i weigh like 61-62 kilograms. Im aiming to loose about 7-10 kilograms by at least the 26/09/21. Wish me luck 😀

  3. Got to be honest, this works focusing on calories. I've lost half my body weight 3 months by keeping track of calories and being in a calorie deficit as well as adding in walking 10,000 steps a day. Love this vid – subscribed! <3

  6. My plan is intermittent fasting, eat a BIG salad, a protein cookie and drink tons of water, green juice and tea. no exercise-just walking! I hope it works. I’m not worried about “losing weight fast” either I just wanna lose 20-30 lbs ???? Goodluck everyone!!! ????????????

  8. Another way is take cold showers everyday to lose weight I used cold showes 2 days ago and I can tell i lost weight almost skinny so try using cold shower everyday it helps your body it won't make you sick

  9. guys, just one tip from a long time yoyo-dieter and now sort-of intuitive eater – don't do it just for the looks, don't do it to reach a goal weight in a certain amount of time – do it for your health. Change your lifestyle to a more sustainable and healthy one, start listening to your bodies. No number on the scale will ever make up for the health benefits – losing weight will happen naturally if you start prioritizing your life and not the way you think you have to look like
