  1. Dr. Berg
In April 2021 I started down the path of intermittent fasting and Keto diet. I weighed 278 pounds and felt like crap. I slowing transitioned into fasting a keto diet pushing my breakfast back to now I fast between 20 and 23 hours a day and find it quite easy. I set my goal weight at 225 lbs but have since surpassed that and I’ve seemed to plateaued at 215lbs. But I have lost 70 lbs in 5 months. I was on a hypothyroid and a anti reflux medication but after my blood work I am off all meds. The supplements I take are long but here they are. I take them all at once in the morning with my ACV
Omega 3- 3000mg, Vitamin E 1200 IU, Vitamin D3 4000 IU, Turmeric 550 mg, Magnesium 250 mg, Potassium 200 mg, Zinc 50 mg, Iron 27 mg, B-12 1000, Milk thistle 500 mg, Charcole 2000 mg and Glucosamine 1500 mg. I will be adding Vitamin K2 and B6 next week.
I’m sleeping better have a ton of energy no more gut pain. I walk / run 6 K a day usually early morning.
Just a side note I had my gallbladder taken out in 2015.
I drink ACV in the morning and before bed and I’m following the Keto diet fairly strictly.
Dr. Berg is there anything else I should or shouldn’t be doing.
Could you please let me know
    John

  3. All of her symptoms can be linked to the high oxalate content in her diet (spinach, kale even strawberries) which causes a lot of inflammation, fatigue, joint and muscle pain and digestive issues (which can indirectly impact her weight loss). Check out Sally K. Norton's website/video interviews.

  4. it's helpful to know what you're getting into! I've been a little over 12 MONTHS, I'VE DROPPED 125 POUNDS I love it. So, I thought sharing my experience would help others. IT'S CHANGED MY LIFE ☘️☘️ I FEEL LIKE I'M IN MY 20S AND I'M IN MY 40S☘️☘️

  5. 5' 4, 142 start now down to 135. Last week I decided to stop any milk in my coffee woke up in the night with severe Leg cramps. Frantically went to the videos magnesium and potassium I have doctor Berg supplements so I took them and went back to sleep. Added the milk back in the morning. When you cut your diet so drastically compared to what you did the poor body doesn't know what to think!
I'll take it a little slow. Love you doctor Berg!
