I been doing all the right things to eat but for the life of me I couldn’t understand how to break it down to eating the right amounts … finely now I can work into getting the right portions.   11. 2 days in and I am super tired through the day, also by the time I’m done walking at work all the fats and calories calculation on carb management are in the negatives
