  1. i'm confused, i thought a Fat Fast was ONLY consuming fat, no protein or carbs. so the bacon, beans, onions etc were not in line with this. i'm glad you had excellent results tho.

It is so yummy and filling. It satisfies my sweet tooth and keeps me full for hours. I use the Zevia brand of sodas. It’s sweetened with stevia. Thanks again 🤗

  5. I liked you as soon as you said Kentucky. I've been on keto for 2 1/2 months and I've lost 32 pounds. Yay!!. I haven't cheated yet but I've dreamed of my cheat meal over and over. I don't know if I should choose a sugar cheat meal or a carb cheat meal.
