LOW CARB KETO PEANUT BUTTER CUP INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup (150g) Lily’s Chocolate Chips
2 1/2 Tbsps (35g) Coconut Oil
2 Tbsps (32g) Natural No Sugar Added Smooth Peanut Butter

PEANUT BUTTER CUP RECIPE FOR KETO:

Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a medium sized bowl
Microwave for 30 seconds and mix – microwave in 30 second spurts if it doesn’t melt right away
Once melted, line a mini-muffin tray with paper mini muffin liners – I like to use two of these per mold – and add 1/2 Tbsp of the chocolate to each liner
Freeze the tray for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes, remove the tray from the freezer, and add 1 tsp of peanut butter to each mold
Top the peanut butter with another 1/2 Tbsp of melted chocolate, or until all the chocolate is used
Freeze again for atleast an hour

  1. How easy are these?!?!?! Enjoy guys 🙂 And it'd mean the world to me if you gave the video a "like"

  2. If you like a stiffer center, add powdered sweetener as desired like you would powdered sugar or even some peanut flour if you don't want it too sweet and it will make the center like a reeses.

  3. Made the mistake of using normal muffin trays and got confused why 1/2 tablespoon didn't seem like nearly enough lol.

  4. Oh, if I can't have Reese's pb cups and I make these, I promise my pb cups will be a bit bigger than the ones he made. lol
Update 2 hours later: I bought the stuff to make these so we'll see. I'm still going to make mine bigger though. lol

  5. Omg just made these they are the best chocolate I've made so far on my keto journey was worried they would be too bitter but they are perfect 👌 love your recipes thanls so much joe!

  6. Thanks. I would like to change the bottom with "pie crust" and fill the peanut butter then cover with chocolate. Yum…

  7. I made keto peanut butter fudge with natural PB (stirred in all that oil on top) and simply added Allulose. It tasted exactly like the inside of a Reese cup! So now I'll experiment with the chocolate outside part using your recipe. Reese cups today taste nothing like they did in the 60's. If you want something done right you have to do it yourself! Thanks for the recipe!

  8. How many days will this last in the freezer or fridge? On keto how many can you have a day 2? Would you recommend silicone mould tray?
